Flowisma Resto

Flowisma Resto is an AI assisted management platform that brings a restaurant's daily operation onto one screen. The whole flow runs in the same system, from the QR code on the table to the kitchen display, from the till to the financial report, so the business does not have to buy a separate program for each job.

The product started from two concrete problems in the field: counterfeit QR codes stuck over the real ones on the table, and a separate subscription for every module. Flowisma solves the first by generating the QR code on the venue's own screen and letting the waiter present the menu, and the second by gathering every module on one platform.

The interface is built on a dark theme with gold and copper accents. Since the owner spends most of the day on this screen, readability, card hierarchy and scanning long lists drove the design decisions.
