The first step to understanding your brand goals
Brand Strategy Analysis
In our first meeting, I thoroughly analyze your brand's goals, values, and expectations. This analysis forms the foundation of the design process and guides the direction of strategic decisions.
Presentation of Service and Solution List
Based on the analysis, I prepare a personalized list of solutions for you by clarifying the services you need. This list clearly outlines the scope and priorities of the project.

After the initial meeting, a customized price proposal is prepared for you based on your needs and the agreed-upon strategy.
Contract & Payment
Once the proposal is approved, a contract is signed. 50% of the total fee is collected at the start of the project. The remaining balance is paid after the final revisions are completed, prior to delivery.

Transparent Project Management via Trello
A dedicated Trello board will be created for you. You can track all project progress step by step through this board. You can comment, submit revision requests, and actively participate in the process.
Deliver
Delivery process & post-project technical support services
Project Delivery
After the design process is completed, the final work is delivered to you via Trello. This delivery ensures an organized and accessible project management experience.
User Manual
In addition to the delivered work, the project description and user manual are added to the board. This manual provides detailed instructions on where and how to use the work efficiently.
Continuous Access Panel
The Trello board remains open for you. You can access it anytime to view detailed information about the project's purpose, location, and usage.

What services do you offer?
I support you through every stage of your branding journey. My services fall under three main headings:
- Brand Creation & Design: brand strategy, logo and corporate identity, graphic design, social media visual kit, character and IP creation, concept and illustration, video and motion (including AI ad films).
- Web & Web Apps: web design, custom coded web development, e-commerce, UI & UX design, and web applications.
- SEO, GEO & AIO: technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, generative engine optimisation (GEO), and AI optimisation (AIO).
A brand rarely needs just one of these. Because the same person builds the identity, the site, and the search visibility, the pieces hold together: from brand strategy to visual identity, from website to digital product, I produce every output you need from a single source, in one consistent voice.
May I request information regarding your pricing system?
My fees depend on your project's scope, complexity, and specific needs. Every project is unique, so I offer tailored, fair, and transparent pricing.
Here is how it works: in a free introductory call we talk through your brand and your goals, then I prepare a personalised solution list and price proposal for you. Once the proposal is approved, a contract is signed. 50% of the total fee is collected at the start of the project, and the remaining balance is paid after the final revisions are completed, prior to delivery.

How does a project run, and how long does it take?
We move through four steps:
- Consulting: in a free introductory call I analyse your brand's goals, values, and expectations, then prepare a personalised service and solution list.
- Planning: a price proposal is presented based on that list, the contract is signed, and the initial payment is collected.
- Workflow: a dedicated Trello board is created for you. You track progress step by step, comment, submit revision requests, and take an active part in the process.
- Delivery: the final work is delivered through Trello together with the project description and a user manual.
The time required depends on the scope and requirements of the project. I value both speed and quality, so I give a realistic timeline estimate based on the size of the project, and I hold to it.
How do you bring AI into your process?
AI is not a shortcut to off the shelf output for me, it is a layer inside my design and development process. I am always open about where I use it:
- Web apps & automation: I build web applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, developed with Claude Code, and automate repetitive work through API integrations and webhooks.
- Web development: I run classic web projects through the same workflow, which means cleaner code, faster revisions, and shorter delivery times.
- SEO, GEO & AIO: Beyond Google, I make your brand visible in AI search surfaces such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overview.
- Visuals & video: I blend tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, and Kling with traditional design and 2D animation craft.
In practice this means I do not turn work away when something technical comes up. I work out the right approach with AI, build it, test the result myself, and deliver it. Direction and art direction always stay with me: AI speeds up production, I set the direction and the quality bar.

I work with a range of professional tools depending on the project:
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Web Design: WordPress, Elementor
- Web Development & Web Apps: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, Vercel. I write the code AI assisted, with Claude Code inside Visual Studio Code
- Automation: custom code, API integrations, and webhooks I build with Claude Code
- UI/UX Design & Wireframing: Figma, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Framer
- SEO, GEO & AIO: Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console
- E-commerce: Shopify, WooCommerce
- Illustration: Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, Adobe Fresco
- 3D: Blender and Adobe Dimension for product visuals, packaging, and mockup modelling
- 2D Animation & Video: Adobe After Effects, Clip Studio, Procreate Dreams
- AI: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Suno
I can also use other tools and platforms as needed, based on your project's requirements.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes, the relationship does not end when the design process does:
- Your Trello board stays open. You can access detailed information about the project's purpose, placement, and usage at any time.
- A user manual comes with the delivery, with instructions on where and how to use the work efficiently.
- On web projects, technical support continues after delivery: hosting, analytics, and maintenance.
- On corporate identity projects, the delivered guide shows the correct and incorrect use of your logo, colour palette, and fonts across every communication medium.
May I request information regarding your refund policy?
Right to cancel: if work hasn't started yet, you can cancel this agreement within 10 days from the contract date: no reason needed, no penalty applied.
If work has already begun and the initial payment has been received, 10% of the total service fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance of your first 50% payment will be refunded.
To cancel, just notify me in writing within this period.
