2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the digital design services provided by the Seller to the Buyer as detailed below.

• Brand Design and Branding Services
• Website Design
• Graphic Design
• Social Media Management (SMM)
• Content and Copywriting
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• User Interface and Experience Design (UI/UX)

4. SERVICE FEE AND PAYMENT

4.1. Service Fee: [Service Fee and Details]

4.2. Payment Terms:
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other specified payment methods. Half of the payment must be made before the service starts. The remaining half must be paid by the Buyer to the Seller immediately before the delivery of the work.

5. PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE

5.1. The performance period of the service starts after the payment is received and will be completed within the period specified in the contract.

5.2. During the performance of the service, the periods specified may be extended by considering the Buyer’s revision requests.

5.3. The Buyer must provide the necessary information and resources to the Seller within the first ten days for the Seller to start the design work.

• Forms provided for brand analysis must be filled out by the Buyer,
• Necessary photos and content must be provided,
• Hosting and domain information for website design must be provided, within this period. The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by the Buyer’s failure to provide or timely delivery of the necessary information and resources.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. If the work has not yet begun, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 10 (ten) days from the date of the contract without any justification and without paying any penalty. However, if the service provider has received the initial payment, the necessary documents have been provided, and work has commenced, 10% (ten percent) of the total service fee specified in the contract will be deducted, and the remaining amount of the initial 50% payment will be refunded to the Buyer.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within this period.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

7.1. The parties undertake to keep all information and documents obtained under this contract confidential and not to share them with third parties.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this contract will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the Manisa Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

9. VALIDITY

This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically by the Buyer.

10. OTHER PROVISIONS

10.1. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision of this contract shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.2. The Buyer declares that the services subject to this contract will be performed under the specified conditions and accepts these terms.
